At the edge of our consciousness, where the light of our self-awareness doesn’t shine as brightly, rests our shadow. The shadow, being near to the unconscious mind, can serve as a wellspring to the depths of human potential. With an Enneagram lens, we’ll explore how to acknowledge and integrate our shadow.
*This webinar will include both educational and mindfulness components. Basic knowledge of the 9 Types is useful though not required.
We, like so many around the world, find ourselves filled with sorrow and outrage at the killing of George Floyd and others. We must do more than simply post to show we believe Black Lives Matter. We must stand strong, voice our support as allies and demand progress. While, like you, we don’t have all the answers, here’s what we can do right now to demonstrate solidarity:
- Donate all proceeds from this webinar to The NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund (LDF). This offering has long been a free webinar, (and we want to keep it that way so that money is not a barrier to access) but you can support these fundraising efforts with a donation above. A donation of any amount includes recording access. You can also register for free here.
- Reserve scholarship coaching slots for individuals and communities most impacted by these gross human rights violations (please inquire if you or someone you know might be in need of these services)
- Demonstrate an increased commitment to diversity and representation with future Enneagram panels
- Listen! We have much to learn. Difficult conversations are ahead, and we will lean into them.
We offer our condolences to George Floyd’s loved ones, and to the loved ones of those who have faced such tragic injustices such as these simply for the color of their skin.
To those doing the brave work of activism on the front lines, we are grateful to you. We advocate for your peaceful protest, and we’ve got your back.
